Exploring Birmingham w/ Ebeth Fielder

Last week, my girl Ebeth Fielder and I decided to take a stroll in one of my favorite city's, Birmingham, Michigan. When I was a little girl I remember coming to Birmingham and thinking that it couldn't get any better than this. All of the cute boutiques, great food and beautiful people made me want to plant myself right in the middle of this town and never leave.

But nowadays it always feels kind of weird coming back because my first thought is usually, "Dang, this place looked a lot bigger when I was younger". Those five blocks of cuteness use to be my whole world, but now they look so quaint compared to the rest of the world. Nevertheless, I'm seeing the beauty in cherishing small places that made a big impact in my life. Had it not been for those strolls through B-ham during my teenage years, I would have never known that I longed for the thrill of a big city or wanted to be involved in the fashion industry. It's always super cool coming back home because I get to see where the seeds were planted and watered to bring about the fruits of my destiny.
