How I have missed you! Over the last month and a half I was at home for Christmas break and it feels absolutely fabulous to be back in the city. To start the semester off, a couple of friends and I made a trip to the Chicago History Museum to view the new Ebony Fashion Fair exhibit. It was EXQUISITE! I had never heard the full story of Ebony magazine and it gave me a new respect for Johnson's Publication Company. The exhibit is a must see for anyone who is in the area. PLUS the architecture within the Chicago History Museum is enough to have make the trip (I fell in love with the ivory finishings). The museum was a good break from the snowy wonderland that was outside. I am so ready for the spring! I can't wait for the day when I can trade my Hunter boots in for sandals. Until then, I will use the weather as an excuse to keep drinking an absurd amount of chai tea lattés.
