The Perfect Fall Jacket

Hello Beauties!

I just wanted to take a second to acknowledge this amazing jacket that I have been wearing just about every day since purchase. It's a collaboration piece between Madewell and Penfield. I had never heard of Penfield before, but after doing a bit of research I found out that is an incredible American brand that specializes in durability and warmth. 

Honestly, I just bought it because it was cute, but those other things are great too! 

On another note, I chose to go back to "My Hiding Place" for the shoot this week. The weather is becoming consistently cool and in a couple of weeks there will be no more leaves on the trees. I just knew that I had to catch one of my favorite spots in the city before all of the autumn beauty disappeared. 

This time next week, I will be in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the Propel Women's Conference!

I cannot wait to see what God does through this trip. Hopefully I'll have a chance to blog about it a bit more in an upcoming post. As you all may know Tulsa is like a home away from home for me. I LOVE when I get to go back and see loved ones. I also feel like I am in dire need of some peace and quiet. Being in Chicago is awesome, but I could go a couple of nights without CTA trains and police sirens waking me up at 5am every morning. Ya dig?
